Was there for an event ride, didn't need anything special, just walked around the dealership and browsed. Was asked 4-6 times if I needed help by the sales girls and parts department, everyone seemed friendly enough.

Poor customer service. Ask for a simple audio update on my sound sys, said busy can u leave it with me for the day!

Traveling out of state and had charging issues. Stopped by to attempt to at least find out what was wrong and was told " All we have time to do is pull your battery and test it, but that could take up to 2 hours." I will not be back there and I will not recommend them for anything. Ended up making it to Moellers Honda in Bastrop. Even though they were closed, their Mechanic was kind enough to check and see if my bike was even charing at all (it was no). Hey Stephen, first off we want apologize for any inconvenience, we try our best at BBHD to keep our folks happy. I just spoke with the service dept. looks like you stopped by this past Saturday around 1pm? We never make appointments for Saturdays in an attempt to help walk-ins & travelers as much as possible. By mid-morning we already had customers waiting and all four techs had full schedules for the rest of the day until we closed at 3pm. We cannot take a mechanic off one job to start another. Stopped in to get a tee shirt while passing thru, in the shop for over 30 min. Before one of the sales girls asked if I needed help. I said yes, where are the tee shirts? The only new design tee shirts (2) was on a small rack. With a small round rack with older tees, did not have a 2x in the building! Will not be back!!!
The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. This is my first motorcycle, and when I decide to upgrade to a bigger bike, I will definitely be back..
