Me and my wife bought our 2015 street 500 from Kevin about a month ago. It took a couple of hours to get everything done cleaning the bike and all. I was ok with all of that I just figured that the guys in the back was busy. I went back this last Monday to check on a mirror for my bike. On my way through Louisiana stopped here with a new bike with hundred miles on it. Ask Service if they could get the volume turned up on my GPS. It was working earlier. No can-do no one available� My recommendation; don’t stop, keep on going
Love all my Bleu Bayou friends. Blake did a great job on my service and the service manager stayed late so I could pick up my bike after work.

The staff was absolutely remarkable! I traveled all the way from Georgia and I made a call and they were ready for me when I arrived! I purchased a leather jacket, 3 shirts, gloves and poker chips! They got my coins 😝But I definitely didn't mind! Great staff and great store👍🏽! I am 100% satisfied!

We lost our son recently through a tragic accident. Helen and I are from Tigard, OR and are in Monroe for a Memorial service his Army Reserve unit had in Bozier this past Sunday. My son and I were so connected when we rode together. I sold my bike about three years ago. I wanted to keep his bike for sentimental reasons. Kyle (GM) was just amazing. Don’t beg anyone to take my money. Been in Harley Dealerships all over U.S. On my way to Monroe from Memphis my sunglass broke. Figured I would stop and get some new glasses and maybe some other stuff. Walked in and looked around for about 15 minutes, stood by sunglass case for a while. Not a single person ever came over. Finally just walked out. All I have to say is - WOW!

I have gotten excellent treatment from everyone from service to parts and including but not limited to, the cashier. All fine people. Very helpful, knowledgeable and eager to help anyone!!! I’ve been to bad dealerships where the personnel don’t care. That’s why I drive 100 miles to the west see my friends at BLUE BAYOU!!!
