Very disrespectful to customers. Poorly made jewellery terrible customer service
I have never had an experience like the one I was dragged through with this man Younes. I placed an order with him in the jewelry exchange on January 19th. I came back 3 weeks later to pick up my custom order. It did not fit. I thought I could take it home and bend it? But that doesn’t work. So I brought it back to him the next Saturday. I changed the design to 3 teeth in hopes that it would fit on my teeth. He added $100 to the slip to be paid when the new grill was made. 3 weeks goes by and nothing. It’s not march 22!!
