Phone line does not work and text line does not respond. I remember waiting on my husband because the stylist (Cesar) was 30 minutes late. however when my husband is 15 minutes late he decides to head out and refused to see him. Mind you we live in IL so I attempted to call 7 times to inform them but their phone line was in active. Unorganized establishment. Very disappointed in the salon and stylist.
