They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Was this family doctor friendly? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Dr. Blazek is a good Dr. Very calm and attentive. He shows respect and detail when listening to symptoms and keeps good record of past illness and family history. I trust him and would recommend him. Also, his staff is wonderful and very personable.
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
