Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions
