Blaze is a great company to rent from. They helped me when others wouldn't and provided me with a nice little place to live. Its a bit of an older place so it has it's quirks but to me thise are the appealing part. I had an maintenance issue and their guy Lawrence was out here quickly he is friendly and really knows is stuff. The problem was fixed quickly and with very little effort on my part.
Called needed helping finding an apartment. Said they would call me back. Never did.
Maintenance requests are a joke. Why are y’all taking almost a whole month to get something so little fixed. So far there is else nothing wrong except the maintenance takes forever??
