Blaze is a great place. Ashlie Wagner really helps me when I have a problem.
I never thought I would be living at courtyard apartments because of the reputation it has had for years, but I have been here for about 4 months now and it has been great. Melissa has turned this place around and has worked hard to fix problems from previous people. This apartment has become much more family friendly and maintenance problems get fixed fairly quickly.
We just moved in and have seen Melissa doing a lot of improvements. She's doing a good job of cleaning up the people and the property.
I have lived here I believe going on 9 years. They are very respectful, they work with you if your honest &are prompt in getting things done when there isn't more urgent needs! It has cleaned up majorly since I first moved in! I recommend this property for renting!
