Horrible company they are slumlords who flooded my mothers unit and never fixed the issues after a year.
Great office team and they always go above and beyond for their tenants
Absolutely excellent experience renting through them. My property manager Tom was very prompt had a hot water heater issue on a Sunday morning and within me emailing him he directly phoned me 2 mins later , lots of negative comments on not getting the rental. They do there research and sorry folks but they really research hard , all the neighbours in the property are working professionals it's definitely not like your normal renting place. If you are a working professional I highly recommend very quite and clean
If I could I give 0 stars I would have. I had to gone to one their properties to visit someone & had try to find parking within the visitors section and majority of visitors were covered up in snow. So I had to end up parking across the street. Such an horrible experience especially around the holidays.
