The salon staff was very friendly and the girl who did my hair (Katie) did an amazing job. The salon is very clean and nicely set up!
There was a problem with the online appointment booking. Although I had a confirmation, the salon insisted it was not valid. I simply waited for a stylist to be free. No big deal. Half an hour. Kingsley was absolutely great! I'm very particular about having a smooth blow out. He did a fantastic job and I look forward to having him do my hair again.

Very disappointed with the service. When I arrived the staff was friendly. However I believe the woman who did my hair was Stephanie asked if not washing my hair was ok cause it was fairly clean. I washed it that morning. I think it was a little ridiculous that she still charged me full price even though she didn't do everything that was included. My hair was already falling flat before I even left the chair and every time I pointed out sections seemed like she was getting more and more annoyed. I asked for very full volumes... read more
