I have never had a problem with Dr. Blase. He has always been willing to accommodate me. I have been going to him for over ten year and have never had a problem with him or his office staff.
I am still having issues with so called work that he has done. The guy is clearly a con artist who should be a ditch digger and NOT working on ANYONE'S teeth.
He destroyed my teeth over the course of the years. I should sue him.
He is a con artist hack that will destroy your teeth.
DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. He will destroy your teeth on purpose. His main goal is to have you in his office as often as possible so he can charge for office visits. If you have cavities he will not tell you. He will let them get worse and worse because he wants to put crowns on everyone to make money. You can request his records through the dental board. You will then find hes had complaints after complaints since the early 2000's. He no longer has a dental license and he should never get it back.
Don't know why it is not mentioned in these reviews that this dentist was brought before the board for 11 complaints. About five or six were dismissed the other five or six resulted in probation. There was a story about this done by NewsCenter 5's Sean Kelly.
