I have lived in 4 different units in the Blarney Stone Apartments, and never once did I see a roach. If the other person that left a review had roaches, then they brought them with them when they moved in. The man that owns the building is very kind, professional and clean. He has a professional exterminator come in every month just so there won't be any bugs.
