First time visit it was great no long waits. He talked and explained my symptoms and the options I may have to care for it. I was happy
Dr. B has always been aware of purpose of my appointment. Today he didn’t have a clue why I was there. When I told what I was there for he looked confused and questioned why I took the hearing test I just took. I didn’t know either only that his office said I needed to take it. I just wanted to get a referral for a proper hearing test from an audiologist. So I hope now I get a referral. So after today, I’m not sure if I would recommend his office to anyone. I was totally disappointed in how this whole appointment went.
