Dr. Blank is excellent - kind - soft spoken- explains everything clearly - answered all questions and is very skilled. He was referred to me by my dentist and my experience with him was extremely positive. The Nurse is also excellent - kind - patient and very clear with her explanations and details
The temporary guy that's there before the receptionist gets in is unprofessional talking about patience aloud. He does not know that there is such a thing as an emergency walk in and is oblivious to everything we asked. He is also obnoxious and assumes that we don't know anything. He should not be working here especially when he makes the clinic look down upon. Would not recommend asking this clueless and lack of assistance guy for anything. Stay away and ask for an actual receptionist for information.
I had a wisdom teeth removal and a consultation. He was absolutely amazing!!! explains everything, tones of patience, smiles, truly amazing! My other teeth situation is very controversial, i saw ~10 doctors and i definitely prefer him.
The treatment was good, the surgeons and nurse staff are competent and friendly but the admin staff are the rudest most unhelpful people I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. They put you on hold for minutes on end, are very curt and so disgustingly rude, cut you off mid-sentence, and, seriously, you would think these people were doing you a huge favour instead of basically providing services in a market economy. I visited Dr Blank after selected him based on the reviews on this site. The problem I had was an infected molar which had previous root canal and crown work done more than 4 years before. A recurring abscess was deemed by my regular doctor as necessitating tooth extraction and I decided to visit Dr. Blank for a second opinion. Upon his examination, he suggested that the problem could be solved by doing an apicoectomy and saving the tooth. I agreed and he scheduled me for surgery on the same day. I have been here several times for extractions and they have always been compassionate, kind, caring and pain free. They are all professionals no matter who you get here. I rate this office a 100% and the best in Manhattan area. Teresa Mazzarese
Dr. Blank has so much credentials that he does need no more reviewing, although I will still add mine. HE is a true professional old school, who cares, who accomodate you witht he price, who doesn't improve his office to the point that your fee becomes unafordable, and the most important thing :you get great results, and he stays behind his work. I went to him early this year and I was extremely worried about pain since I had a horrible experience taking out a wisdom tooth. He is very gentle along with his nurses. I highly recommend going to him for any extractions. I wish he practiced general dentistry
Referred to him by my dentist to have three Wisdom teeth extracted, professional, explained everything! EVERYONE HATES WISDOM TEETH. I've heard some night mare stories from co-workers, mine will not be one of them. This is a clean prompt professional medical place, Thank god they had somewhere next door that gives you your meds in like less than 5 minutes. Absolutey loved it!
