I was very impressed with the quality and service from Blaney’s florists. I realized on Saturday that I had neglected to send my mother a card for the birthday on Sunday morning. I called Blaney’s at 6:30pm pacific time and someone answered and took my order for delivery the next morning. The flowers arrived as promised and my mother was pleased. Thank you, Blaney’s!
Terrible experience for both my husband and I. Contacted via email and phone, mentioned on the phone I was lokong for a wedding bouquet and boutinerre, was asked how many people were attending and how many flower arangments were needed, noted only 10 ppl and that I was only looking for a bouquet and boutinerre. Marilyn on the phone become sour after that, and commented "wow, everyone is having small weddings this year" . Emailed what I was looking for and that we had a $100 gift certificate. Odd behavior from these people. They donated a 100$ fresh arrangement for a united way fundraiser, but seem upset to have to actually honor it. Want to argue with me on the phone about it? Id recommend not donating things in the future to look good , if you are going to resent it. I understand its an age thing as well. Younger business owners will treat you better.
Willing to work within budget. Friendly, awesome job.
