Beautiful Floral table arrangements by Marilyn! I went in last minute to get floral table arrangements for a wedding and she created such beautiful florals pieces. Will always becoming back here for all my flowers. Thank you for accommodating and even delivering it to us.
Very unprofessional. We ordered thousands of dollars worth of flowers from this company for an important Queen’s University event. We paid all of this money up front and sent several reminders about the order leading up to the event. On the day of the event, they went silent, and when we finally got a hold of them, they were cryptic about delivery. Very very poor experience with this business. Almost $3000 of florals for a very important event arrived over an hour and a half late with no communication. After multiple phone calls hung up on us after asking for updates, our event was interrupted mid-way through in order for us to the arrange flowers on the stage. Florals were also not arranged in a way that was expected, and different flowers than agreed on were delivered. After asking for compensation, we have been continuously ignored. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS SHOP! UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTING! I contacted Marilyn months in advance to provide florals for an event that took place this past week. We paid a total of $3,000, yet the flowers arrived an hour and a half later than the agreed delivery time, causing them to miss almost the entire ceremony.
