The staff are always friendly and helpful. There is a good selection and their arrangements are beautiful. There is a small parking lot for customers.
Terrible experience! Customer service was awful; they seemed to be very rude. I ordered some flowers for a funeral I was attending ; they were suppose to have them delivered in the morning but never showed up, I called them and asked when they will be arriving, they hung up on me and told me they couldn’t deliver them at the time I requested. I called this family flower shop to deliver a last minute arrangement to a dear friend who was celebrating the life of a loved one who had passed. Marilyn was incredibly kind and patient (as my toddler yelled in the background) and walked me through what delivery scheduling might look like considering I didn’t know when the family’s ceremony was .
