Last year Kendra took money from me for a consultation for a case we believe she had zero intention of taking. This year she kept my friend’s money despite not completing the services that were paid for in full - this strikes me as highly unethical!! After multiple attempts to ask for a refund went ignored she finally offered a partial, but only deposited 1/3 of the refund and then mailed a bad check with the rest and the bank refused to deposit it.
