I recommend this place because I needed a jump start for my jeep. Triple A had sent John over. He was an amazing guy, super nice and helpful. First he was sent to give me a jump. Then he brought me a new battery from Bland Street Auto late at night in the freezing cold and he installed it ! Thank y’all so much for your help! Awesome service! 25/20!!

Our car broke down (for the second time in 2 days) on the I77 whilst driving to Florida. The AAA recommended Bland St to us as a close repair shop and the AAA tow driver spoke very highly of them. Although they couldn't get us back on the road the same day, they got us a room at the Bluefield Inn (which was lovely) and drove us and our luggage there that night. Had my granddaughters car towed there, they were recommended by AAA. I was told 4 different things were wrong, they kept changing their mind, each time they changed the diagnosis the price went up. Changed spark plugs then charged me $125.00 for it. I will not go back. Took her car to another garage.
