RecommendedOn Saturday July 26, my family of 4 were traveling north on interstate 77. While passing thru the second tunnel in Virginia and seeing the welcome sign to West Virginia my truck decided quit working. We rolled to a stop on the side of a very busy portion of 77. Super nice people & great speedy service
I went in there today with a major problem and they were wonderful . They put vehicle on machine and fixed the problems immediately . They were very professional and very helpful . Thank you guys for being great . I would recommend to anyone .
Everyone here is so nice. Great contact and service. They take the time to explain what's going on with your vehicle and what it will take to fix it. You don't feel taken advantage of. I love that they don't treat me like I don't know whats going on because I'm female
When our rental car with no spare blew a tire my family of 4 was stranded on I77. A call to the rental company resulted in 4 different trucks dispatched to the wrong address of where we were stuck. After 4 insufferable hours on the highway Bland Street Auto received the call, after closing. They took over from there. 5 minutes on the phone and they knew where we were and was on the way to get my family off the road. They had a tire waiting when we arrived back to the shop quickly.
