Recommendedim a AAA member and both times ive had to make local calls someone from Bland Street Auto came. they have been the nicest most professional people during these stressful moments. the first was even on Christmas day and they were wonderful even for being called out on a holiday.
Imagine being paralyzed and having a flat tire on a dark, cold, rainy night in February. I called AAA and they dispatched a wrecker from Bland Street Auto Center. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Bland Street Auto Center and Mr. John Quick. He was professional, friendly, and got my van up and running quickly. Hey for all of Southern West Virginia, & Bland Co. Virginia, John Quick & Bland Street Auto came to our rescue in Bastian Va. tonight (2/24/2020). A puncture in the tire left us in trouble. Great bunch awesome service got me in-and-out quick
After driving 10+hrs from Toronto and being told all 4 tires need to be replaced at the local dealership... for a SCREW. The guys at Bland Street Auto Center were honest with me, the screw didn’t even puncture the tire!! Rather than taking advantage of a single woman travelling through the area... They sent me on my way without charging me! Amazing customer service! Thank you! Hands down I will drive 1.5hrs to have my car serviced here from now on!

Thank you Bland Street 𝐀uto for going above and beyond to help me!! I picked up a nail on my way to work and the tire was rapidly losing air when I realized it. The guys came to my work and got my vehicle, repaired the hole, and returned it to me before work ended! I am so grateful for their service!
I want to send a huge thank you out to Tony who towed my son's truck Saturday night. He was very polite and professional! And he's skilled! He backed down a long gravel driveway and did not have much space to work with. He was very respectful of our neighbor's lawn and I really appreciated it. Thank you, Tony!!!
