I observed several workers on a roof earlier this week who appeared visibly ill, with some even vomiting, likely due to extreme heat conditions. It was concerning to see, and I truly hope the company strengthens its safety protocols and ensures its team receives proper care and protection while working in high‑heat environments.

I met with the office manager briefly, to discuss passing back and forth referrals, and from what I could tell in my short time in the office, they were a well put together company, confident in what they were doing, with many workers around the shop area, getting ready to ship jobs out. A gentleman, who I assume was the owner, sat in a chair and supervised me and his managers interaction, without saying a word only evaluating, to relay direction after I had gone, this calm demeanor shows trust in his staffs ability to perfo... read more
