Dr. Bonnick is AMAZING!!! The phone system is terrible. I have been attempting to reach them since last week via their text line, call center, and Health file, leaving numerous messages without receiving any response. This is beyond frustrating! I require a prescription refill, but no one has reached out to my pharmacy yet. I have recently started seeing Dr Bonnick and I can only say great things. She listened to all my concerns, was very compassionate, set up the appropriate testing and provided the necessary referrals! It is also very simple booking an appointment with their online system once you take a look around to request an appointment that works best I receive confirmation the next day. I have truly never been so frustrated by medical care before. Dr. Bonnick has not once given me the impression that she cares about me as a patient. I do not feel like my concerns are heard or validated when I am in the office for appointments, and it is impossible to get a hold of anyone without an appointment. At my last appointment, I waited for OVER THREE HOURS before the doctor came to see me. Good doctor. Poor customer service on the phone from the representatives, you can't get in contact with anyone via text or call. They say you can schedule an appointment online, but that's a lie. They allow you to submit an appointment request, but the appointment is not automatically confirmed until they contact you. It's hard to find good doctors in a good office with good customer service. I tried the other Apex location and it's the same issue. Long waits and overbooked doctors.
