Completely incompetent. I dropped off some wheels to be laced up and was told they would be done by Friday, maybe Saturday. Then I was called and told it might not be done. Then I was called Saturday at 1 and told they weren’t even stated on them yet. They tried to make the excuse that they thought it was only one wheel that needed to be done. Went in to have my Harley fixed and the mechanic had it fixed and back in the road in no time. Efficient, great customer service, and all at a great price. 100% chance I will return
