We have the unfortunate experience of having purchased a new construction home that has flooring installed by Blakely's. Our manufactured hardwood floors move and make obnoxious cracking and popping noises when you walk on them, so we hired a flooring inspector who confirmed the floors were incorrectly installed. Blakely's (and the Builder) refuses to replace the floors, and instead wants to shoot nails everywhere through the surface of our floors. Their slogan "Don't Once. Done Right" is a crock. We had a great experience working with Hilery through the floor selection process. She was always very helpful and patient with us - which was greatly appreciated. Eventually we pulled the trigger and we couldn't be happier with the quality of installation. Thanks!
Blakely's has a large selection of carpet choices at all different prices. Our saleslady , Hilery was helpful and knowledgeable. The install date was sooner then expected. The install team was on time,polite and efficient. They worked non stop all day and the results were awesome! We are very happy and highly recommend Blakely's,
the men who came from Blakleys were very courteous and did a great job!! five stars in my opinion!!
Can’t say enough great things about Blakleys Flooring. We have worked with them on four projects. Each time Blakleys had the best product selection allowing us to find exactly what we wanted. The showroom staff was so helpful and well informed and the installation guys are amazing. Love this place!
