Everyone that works at the blakes in Aztec are unprofessional, extremely rude and lazy. They do not get orders right. They do not answer their phone, and when they do they leave you on hold for 30 minutes or longer. When you go to the store after calling or being on hold the parking lot is empty, tell them to answer their phone they say " oh sorry we forgot. " The manager is just as bad as the other employees. This business needs to fix the problem before they lose good customers.

Recommendedi recommend the food but the assuming manger Arturo of the Alamogordo location needs a reality check on how to speak to customers. A good morning even a hello goes way longer than a you need to wear a mask. And your tone....if i was over you, I'd write you up. Businesses these times NEED customers or would you like to close like other locations that are worth mire then your spot.....think before you speak.

since when do your hamburgers have chopped up meat instead of a patty? The mgr Troy said there was nothing he could do unless we bring back the food? Really? that's why we got fast food because we needed something quick and convenient. The burger kept falling out of the bun in pieces. You should be able to fix this problem! We will not recommend Blake's anymore

Daniel, the store manager is extremely rude and they cant even get a simple cheeseburger order right. I will never buy food from there again just because of how unpleasant, unprofessional, and rude Dsniel is.
