The food was good but when we picked up our order we were told that they would start our milkshakes on a little bit. We were done with our meal before we got our milkshakes. The pumpkin milkshake was very good even if the service was terrible.
When we ordered our food; a carne adovada burrito the cashier said they have”No hash browns” 🤔 ok...so we order 2 double lota combos with green chili and cheese and a pumpkin shake. The cashier brought out our food and tells me she will be right back with my shake. 5 minutes later she comes over and says they are out of pumpkin but offers to make a different one instead. As we are eating my husband noticed his meat is not cooked all the way either. I don’t think we will ever be back!
Answer the phone in the morning. We tried calling in our order & the phone is just ringing..no answer!🤷🏽♀️ when we drive by, parking lot is empty!
Do yourself a favor and find out what days Aniceto works. He makes his burgers with love! Seriously the best Lotaburger I've ever had!! ❤🙌🏽🍔
We really enjoyed this restaurant. It was clean and very friendly. We were so impressed with Caleb, he was energetic and organized and ready shined at customer service!

While waiting for a friend. staff called the cops on a homeless guy for trespassing. Yes, the guy didn't smell great or look great either, but he was just refilling a cup. Was not bothering me in the least. When I said something to them, they said he's always here messing around. Yet, he messed with no one while I was here.
