Good green chili burger with crispy onion rings and a hearty shake! Only in new Mexico
Have to agree with other reviews. We’ve been to this Blake’s twice in a short span of time~ Service was slow slow slow both times.
This place is awful!! They never answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold and never get back to you. My husband hung up and called back when they answered the phone he asked for a manager she put him right back on hold!! You can bet I will be contacting the district manager.
So slow here why do I keep coming back to this small town
Waited 55 minutes for a call in order of 3 breakfast burritos, all simple orders and all burritos were wrong. Definitely need a new staff. They also need to learn some manners on the phone.
I wish I couldn't even give these people of one because they suck an hour to get to breakfast burritos and then they still messed up my order it is not rocket science it's not hard to get food out trust me work in the food industry I know this is just ridiculous they need to either hire their self new managers and new crew and probably new hire management because they all suck.
Burgers were burnt and buns were hard as a rock. We were the last people there and our food took way too long and the orders were wrong.
I thought when you open at 6, it means the restaurant is open to customers. We called at 6 and had our order taken, but when we got there the doors were locked. They remained that way until 6:15. All the while the employees were still taking call orders and making food. I got to watch my boyfriend stand in 34 degree weather while waiting for the restaurant to officially "open". Maybe the hours should change to whenever they feel like unlocking the door.
