Daniel, the store manager is extremely rude and they cant even get a simple cheeseburger order right. I will never buy food from there again just because of how unpleasant, unprofessional, and rude Dsniel is.
usually yes but today they got our order wrong. put red on a burrito for my young son who gets plain. had to go to work, no time to return it :(

Answer the phone in the morning. We tried calling in our order & the phone is just ringing..no answer!🤷🏽♀️ when we drive by, parking lot is empty!
The employees were more worried about closing early than providing even decent customer service. One line cook raised his voice passive aggressively towards another employee about customers “not understanding what Closed Meant” while they were in the middle of their meal. He should be less worried about closing and more worried about getting the food right the first time.... not the second.... or even third time! Customer service needs improved I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while cashier lady finished her texting and the cheese she was eating.

My parents and I always call our order in and mainly because I don’t like certain items on a hamburger. No lettuce, no onion and they can’t even get that right. Lisa the young lady at the counter took about 2 mins realizing I was even there standing in front of her and I was behind another customer. Then after she repeated the order and gave me change it took another 2 minutes.
