We tried to make a call in order and the lady that answered was extremely rude and hung up on us

I ask that until this store corrects its customer service problems, that you buy food from a competitor. rude, slow, and not worthy of our business.

You’ve lost a lifetime customer! I will not be reprimanded for not wearing a mask inside a restaurant!

tried to order food last night was put on hold for 20 mins and still no answer!! tried again this morning still was put on hold i hung up and called back and no answer!!!.. then I drove by it wasn't busy... so disappointed....😠

Takes 10 minutes to even get them to answer the phone then put on hold of 15 minutes or longer. As of today 7/19/20 only one employee was wearing a mask while preparing food. Horrible customer service.

Everyone that works at the blakes in Aztec are unprofessional, extremely rude and lazy. They do not get orders right. They do not answer their phone, and when they do they leave you on hold for 30 minutes or longer. When you go to the store after calling or being on hold the parking lot is empty, tell them to answer their phone they say " oh sorry we forgot. " The manager is just as bad as the other employees. This business needs to fix the problem before they lose good customers.
