My family loves living at Blake’s Crossing and just renewed our lease for a second year. The most affordable place on the coast that’s also clean and safe. The maintenance staff is amazing, and Mariea, the property manager is incredible, too. She’s down-to-earth, dedicated to the success of the community, and is efficient at solving any problems that arise.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! My AC has been out in my apartment for over a month now including the Holidays. I have a child in the house. The Manager of the apartments NEVER answers the phone and is NEVER in the office. She's mad I reported the apartment complex and now is waiting even longer to send someone to fix my ac. According to your lease AC isn't a mandatory thing for them to come and rush to fix but soon as the rent due that's VERY mandatory it gets paid! I wouldn't recommend these apartments to ANYONE! Blake’s crossing is a wonderful place! The community is clean, peaceful, and well maintaine, and the staff are always helpful and professional. The woman in the office is the best!!
Just do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. I lived here for a year and a half and the whole experience was not pleasant. The front office workers are very nice but just getting maintenance done and for the price of the apartment is just not worth it. Go back to living with your mother or sister instead please.
Your not going to find a better managed apartment complex then this I promise you. Mrs Mariea is very amazing to work with and makes it feel like your living in a home rather then some apartment. I recommend Blake’s crossing 100 times over
