Your not going to find a better managed apartment complex then this I promise you. Mrs Mariea is very amazing to work with and makes it feel like your living in a home rather then some apartment. I recommend Blake’s crossing 100 times over

I Enjoy living here.! It's quite, No Drama. Love All My Neighbors, they're All Helpful and Caring. The Office Staff are Great and they are Great in making sure Everything is Safe And I LOVE the Encouragement Marie gives out weekly and during bad weather. If you're looking for a Great place to live, Blake's Crossing is the place for you!

Saw another review about someone not being able to get their security deposit back… I am also having this same issue, but I never even got the chance to move in to the apartments due to having to relocate for work to another state. I gave a month notice to ask for my deposit back , out of generosity to give them time to find another tenant … which I don’t see why it would be hard because I never even moved in. I met Marea today after quickly returning my call regarding an apartment. She was very pleasant and helpful with my questions and concerns. She was able to show me the apartment and went over all the details with me. Very knowledgeable, great property manager!

Ms. Mariea in the office is absolutely fantastic. She really takes her time to know the people who live here. She always greets us with a smile and whenever we need something done she handles it with no problem! Thank you for giving us an enjoyable place to live!
