Rachel Blake is impolite, rude, blunt, and worst of all insulting. She's easily irritated and moody and I believe her business practices are unethical. Nurse was forgetful/negligent. Waiting room is cold, staff seems aloof and without eye contact: however, the wait time was reasonable, about 15 minutes. I was given the run around by their Business Dept or completely avoided by not returning my calls, both displaying unfriendly and unhelpful attitudes.
