Very helpful & Pleasant to us. BUT I saw and heard the desk turn a person AWAY because it was 4:20pm and they close at 5 pm. It does not take any longer than 30 minutes to give blood. But the receptionist said to this gentleman we can't take you today because we have to be out of here by 5pm. It upset me to see them turn someone away when we are in desperate need of blood.
