I had no problem buying my vehicle but the maintenance part of it has REALLY SUCKED, they have done both oil changes on my suv and tire rotations, I took it in for the second oil change and a lug nut was missing off a tire and they made me pay for it, I’m sorry but y’all have only been the ones touching my tires then ur making me pay 4 dollars for their mistake And the money ain’t the problem the whole ur all’s mistake then trying to tell my husband someone could have stole that ONE lug nut. Neessen Dodge is the best place regardless, I take my Charger there for service and couldn’t be happier, even though I live in Corpus and it’s quite a drive, their service team is excellent compared to the Dodge dealerships in Corpus, took my car to a dodge dealership here in town cause of a noise my vehicle was making, which it took 2 months to schedule due to their lack of horrible service, they diagnosed my car for 3 hrs and came back with nothing, decided to come to Neessen and they found the problem in 20 mins!
