Easy to work with. Gave me good value on my trade and keep in touch while waiting for the new truck to be delivered. Took their time explaining the systems on our new truck and made sure we understood how to use the various screens to take full advantage of all the our new Ford has to offer us.

Always an excellent place to get a vehicle. This is my second vehicle I bought in 2 years and will be the place that I go to for my next one. Excellent service and very informative. Always takes their time with customers. The travel from Reading to Ephrata is not an inconvenience because of the exceptional service that you get. Will not go to another Ford dealer

We have purchased 5 vehicles from blaise alexander ford. Staff were easy to work with and made car shopping easy.
Bought a 2011 Ford Raptor about two months ago, so far it has been broken down more than it has been running. Serpentine belt, power steering pump has now gone up twice and was in their service department for THREE WEEKS for a driveshaft. Would never recommend nor will I buy from them ever again!
Just got approved for a great car they where very helpful friendly and great with my kids now I have a vehicle that can fit the whole family. Most places shut the door on me thanks a lot for the help in getting the kinda vehicle I need.
Had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2015 Ford Edge. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating and made the experience fun! Ray was awesome to work with and a super cool guy! Did not feel pressured or "sold to". Highly recommend them!
