Watch yourself on that first speed bump.
The water is included with rent but they sure do turn it off a lot. Maybe to work on it...maybe to cut back? This place is pretty. But also annoying.
Staff is nice, maintenance is HORRIBLE & old appliances/apts. I've had a maintenance request since Aug 2010 & it's Feb 2012, still nothing!!
--simply: don't move here. water is shut off weekly, nothing gets repaired, they are overpriced and old.
If you live here and ever call maintenance, stay on top of it! They're slow to get to you if you don't!
A week for repairs! That would be great. I'm going on 11 months without things being taken care of! Ridiculous. Oh and water was shut off today for about the 6th time so far this summer.
If you live here, be ready to have your water shut off almost weekly during the summer to fix "problems with the water main." Also plan on waiting at least a week for repairs - if you hassle them.
