RecommendedI dont want to go into details but the automotive repair shop knows the details. they went above and beyond to take care of my car. I will definitely be telling my friends to go the extra miles and drive to your store as well as I will be coming back for future repairs. Bought a set of pirelli scorpion all terrain plus tires about a month ago. These are part of the new line up and I couldn't be happier with them. They are a great looking tire and very quiet for an all terrain tire. They have done great in the rain and driving down the highway and I'm ready to see how they will they handle the snow this winter. Thank you Blain's Farm and Fleet for recommending these tires and for the good service experience.
Ordered 2 tires on 7/12/18. I was informed at time of purchase that my tires would be in the next day. Jump one week later to 7/19/18, still no tires. Management could give a shit less. I went in to get a refund and low and behold there are 8+ people standing at the tire desk. Two employees in the garage not doing a damn thing. One car in the 7 bay garage-on the ground. Just left the store was told that I had to wait 4 and a half hours to have a tire looked at that I purchased from them. However the tire desk and service center employee had time to talk. I had to wait for the tire desk associate to finish his conversation before I was helped. Very poor customer service.
They only get one star because it would not let me post a review with 0. Sat there while the service technician was talking to his buddy and they're telling me how they can't get to work done on my vehicle on time and I'll just have to come back later after telling me a certain time to be there. Wasted my time like it is worth nothing
Great customer care and a very knowledgeable and conscientious technician!
They were very helpful and quick to make me an appointment! The guys in the tire shop are excellent!
