I went into Farm And Fleet on Saturday Evening on February 29th 2020. Was looking to get a battery for my mower. I had three employees walk past me while I was looking at the batteries. No employee asked me if I needed any help. I picked out a battery on my own without any help from employees. I continued to shop for other items. As I went to the register to purchase said items the cashier tells me that I must go to the automotive department to purchase the battery. My husband and I stopped in today to ask if they rent out post hole diggers. No one would make eye contact so my husband asked one of the cashiers. She was completely rude and appalled that we asked the question. Home Depot does rent these out so was just wanting to give business to local if possible. Won’t be back. Your customer service sucks.
can never get help when you need it they always move everything around Tire guys are slow took my bosses truck in there to get tires never called me when it was done at sit outside all night unlocked and then when you go in to get one thing for piece of equipment your working they never have it
nice to have a hardware store on the south end of town, bad thing is they never have what you need in stock or only have one when you need 2. very frustrating and a waste of time having to drive up north to Ace Hardware anyways. Happens all the time
Had the wrong tag on an item and wouldn’t honor the price. They Just returned it. Horrible service and wasted our time.
I would like to send out a huge THANK YOU to Mgr. Lisa. A rather expensive Christmas present was mis-delivered to them instead of me. Somehow she tracked me down thru Facebook and contacted me. I am very relieved to have found it. That is really great customer service 😀. Thank you ever so Lisa!
