Took them almost a month to get one tire in stock that I had already paid for. Spent almost 1k on tires for my truck. One guy out there named Bill went above and beyond to try to get the tires I ordered. They did give me one tire for free which was great. Also one of the managers Michael Jackson way more than helpful through the whole thing and for that I appreciate the company
Small engine/mower parts area is the worst!! To lazy to look up parts. Spoke to Jim the store manager and he just wanted to argue with me that his team knows what to do and that he is always getting compliments on his team. What a joke!!!! Don't waste your time or money going out there unless you have all day to wait and still not get what you need!!!!
