The service department is a huge joke. Dropped a tire of tonight to have it fixed and I was told it would be about 30 minutes. Almost 2 1/2 hours later I left with a still flat tire and tons of frustration. I called back after about 90 minutes and was told they would "be getting right on it". Apparently I have a different definition of right on it than these people do. The tire department is great! Leonard fixed an issue for me this morning in about 10 seconds. Highly recommend him and this place for all things tires.
Ordered a set of four Pirelli Scorpion STR's for my F-150 on Friday...got the call on Tuesday that they had arrived....appointment made for that evening for mount/balance/install...out in about an hour. Both the order desk and the service desk were great....as was the technician who did the work!
The guy, Alan in automotive has no customer service at all... made an appointment over the phone and was very rude. Came in at 11 and there was only one other car I asked him if it would be a huge issue to rotate my front two tires he told me "no we are to busy for that" then told me to initial the last page of paperwork because I wasn't signing my name fast enough for him. I believe this is my last time in here.
I used to shop at Farm and Fleet frequently for pet products, home goods and clothing. Now I rarely go. This is because of the change in their policy concerning dogs. Well behaved dogs on leash used to be welcome in the store, but no longer. As a person who buys a LOT of pet products, I have taken my business and my money to a place that welcomes my dogs and allows them to choose their own treats, toys and accessories (Rural King). Warning::::::::::::::: I just heard form someone that he went to Farm & Fleet and as he was walking towards the pet food department he saw two employees using some sort of bug spray spraying all the dog and cat food. When he approached them they left into the back.
I got here to buy 4 big batteries for my Freightliner with half hour to spare. They got me taken care of with minutes to spare. I've used this store and others all the way to La Crosse. I've always had a good experience.
Made an appointment to get a new set of rims and tires put on my car. They told me to show up at 5:00pm. Show up, no one had any idea about the appointment but said it wouldn't be long. After waiting an hour and a half no one had touched my car nor had any idea if they could get to it today. Save yourself a headache and go to Tire Barn.
