They can't get the date right when a tire is supposed to be there vehicle is still sitting on the side of the road waiting for that tire to be put on the rim it has paid for and it was ordered Saturday was supposed to be there Sunday then changed it to Monday and still not here

Have gotten tires there on several different cars over the years and the employee turnover seems pretty high. I was in there today and asked James how long he’d worked there and he said 8 months, I sure hope they pay him well to keep him. I’ve dealt with him 3 times now and he’s always great!
I have gone to Farm and Fleet for a long time for tires and small car repairs and anymore it's like they can't do anything right!!!! My tires are less than 16 months old and should still have some warranty on them-one tire is almost bald in the middle but side treads are good which tells me I had a bad tire-did nothing for it-was charged to redo a bead seal on another tire-not done right or at all had to go to another repair service to have it done and get 1 new tire! I recently bought 4 tires from Farm and Fleet and have them installed. Chuck and John went out of their way to please us when issues arose. We found out that Chuck is a new employee. But you would never have known that. He handled the situation very well. He is a great asset to your company. And we are very happy customers.
