The best I've delt with – Bladhaire is the people you want to go to for service and repair. n I'm fairly computer savy, but could not figure out my issue. Without even turning the computer on they were able to see that I had an old PCI-IDE card and diagnosis the issue correctly just from what I had told them. Total repair time ended up being SECONDS because of the highly intelligent staff. That's the kind of service I'm always looking for, and they will be my personal computer/networking support in the future.
