Getting What You Want – I've been going to Bladerunners the last few years. Each experience has been positive. I usually have a clear idea of what I want and Joel (for haircuts) and Rebecca (for highlights) always deliver. Reading other customers' negative reviews re: attitude is like night and day from my own. Don't know which stylist(s) they have had these experiences with but Joel and Rebecca have always been friendly, accommodating, and fun. split end money nightmare – Every time I get my hair cut by the owner I am happy. His stylists are another story. I went to the salon for a trim and got a cut, a straightening iron, and products for the bargain price of $250.00. The cut is fine if you have an hour and a half to style it which I explained to the stylist that I didn't since I teach fitness for a living and I need a hairstyle that does not need a lot of fuss. great experience!!!! – i just had the best experience at Bladerunners. the staff was nothing but friendly and accomidating the moment i arrived. i got both a color and a cut and i am just loving it. the staff was very knowledgable and thorough. the highlight is perfect and natural looking, and the haircut is just right. everyone was very laid back and not stuffy- i hate how some salons are soo stuck up! thank you so much for making my first visit to bladerunners so comfortable.... you guys rock! i highly recommend to all peo... read more
the best – I have been a client of bladerunners for about four years now, and i have consistantly recieved spectacular service. After each visit to the salon, i am amazed with the way they are able to transform me. The staff is great and it is not difficult to get in. I usually need evening appointments but they are also available on weekends. I couldnt think of a bad thing to say about the salon.
twice burned – I went there about four years ago for a cut and color and received a mediocre haircut and boring color when I had stated clearly what I wanted. Went there again this year and had one of the worst haircuts of my life. Met a coworker at at party that night and she had gone to the same salon different stylist that day and received the worst haircolor and cut I had ever seen. Horrible
Not As Fab as They Think they are – My haircut was cool- definitely experimental- albeit slightly freaky----but I have to agree that the "tude" factor in that place is a little much for me-- and there cuts ain't all that- customer service is pretty crappy
Too much attitude.... – I went to Blade Runners for a cut and color and have never felt more ignored in my life. My hair turned out OK, but the entire time I was there, I felt as if the stylist would rather be anywhere else besides cutting my hair, since I was clearly not worth her time. The stylists here have a lot to learn about customer satisfaction and making clients feel welcome and comfortable.
Worth to keep – This place is definitely worth to keep. I used to go to those expensive hair salons. Around this tight budget economy, Ive decided to cut my budget a bit, but not the service. The result is this place is a winner. The hair stylists are talented and very up to date with current fashion. For $50, they do a greta job from layer to very daring short.
