I rented from Blade Realty Group for 5 years. One summer my air conditioning went out towards the end of the summer and Corey didn't have it fixed until the next Spring after we had very early and unexpected 90 degree temps. I had to buy a window unit to get us by since I had small children. The tub upstairs had cracked and leaked for several months because instead of replacing it, Corey had his father patch it several times. My experience with Corey Blade with Blade Realty Group was very unprofessional. I dealt with him for a unit that was advertised on furnished finder. We scheduled and confirmed a viewing for Sunday June 19th at 3pm. We drove 2 hours from Dayton OH to arrive to a viewing that had 2 airbnb guest in each unit. He had previous knowledge of this and didn't reach out and communicate with us to either reschedule or cancel wasting our time and gas. Very disappointed I wouldn't recommend Corey for any future business.
