I have a home warranty, and this company is a registered contractor for my home warranty service. They were the one that was supposed to come out and do the work. I got a call from my warranty company on Tuesday stating he was supposed to call me within an hour or two, never did. So, I had to call him after waiting about 4 hours - he said he should be able to get to me on Wednesday or Thursday but once he was back at the office, he would check his schedule and let me know a for sure time on one of those days. David Blackwood is not a dependable HVAC person. He started a job and would not come finish the job. I tried to communicate with him several times. He would not call me back. I will never use his services again.
