Be careful with their management, they word play and act nice when it comes to the lease rules and will use anything and everything against you, my experience is they've used predatory tactics to take more money of damages, didn't include people in walk out inspections, and with out notice charge more late fees the chance they get and use your rent ledger as some sort of personal review on you as a person rather then keeping things private/professional and tenant to management level, we've already had alot of trauma/problems... read more
Great floor plans! Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Nina was very kind and friendly and made sure we had all the discounts. And she made me right at home. She is a really great manager and seller on the rentals. She had me sold. Love her. She is the best person to have if you want a manger or a great friends.
The view is nice. The space and the ambience. Entry is nice too. Hotel vibes.
