Love love love this place! I take my bunny here for her nails and Rudy at the nf location handles her crazy little kicking feet so well! I wouldn’t bring my animals to anyone else! Every time I stop in for a visit, y’all make my shopping experience fun and very welcoming! It’s more than a transaction of coin for product—it’s also making sure I am educated on purchasing the right product for one of my 9 pets at home. very unprofessional rude workers when someone comes in your store asking questions. workers should be able to be professional at all times not snatch items outta customer hands. I've shopped in this store for many yrs 10+ have always purchase my animals & pet supplies I never had a problem workers were always professional an helpful with a smile but as of Today I WILL NEVER shop there again I will definitely let my friends & family know how I was treated Today UNPROFESSIONAL
