Because of the pandemic and travel restrictions we purchased our home virtually....from 1400 miles away! Chelsea and her husband went above and beyond to show us properties using zoom and other virtual methods. When a situation arose just days before close, Chelsea not only got the necessary inspection done, but pd for it herself so we could close on time. We are thrilled with our condo, and felt completely at ease through the whole process. I take time to personally recommend Blackwell Realty when given the opportunity.
