Would like to say thank you to Mr. Kevin blackwell for being a man of integrity and taking care of our issue with our nissan rogue, it's nice to know there's still good honest people in the world thank again.
I have called a few times to find out what kind of return policy you have of you buy and then can't afford shortly after. Say you lost your job or family issues. And I have never received a call back or anything. I understand you are busy but my question would only take not even 5 min. If no one can afford to spare 5 min to return calls then you need more staff.
EDIT: I am changing my 1 star review to a 5. This company really stands behind their promises. Once the owner heard about my mothers vehicle, he immediately sent a tow truck to get the vehicle and repair it. She has it back and is thrilled. Thank you Blackwell Motors for your exceptional customer service and dedication to your customers. Bought a vehicle from here and was instantly delighted the air no longer worked a week after buying, the door on the passenger side DOES NOT LOCK. Anti theft system goes off on its own and on top of that I'm paying ridiculous payments for it. I really hate to be that guy but save yourself the trouble going here. My first actual car buy and I could not regret it more. Absolutely terrible.
We went there to "just look" but they were so awesome and helpful we ended up buying a truck and got a great deal!! We definitely recommend seeing them if you are looking for a vehicle... even if your not looking they have an amazing museum full of collectibles!!
