I have purchased all of my cars from Blackwell Motors and will always buy my cars here!!
Bought my SUV there almost a year ago and was promised when we bought it that the back hatch and a few other places would be repainted. After calling and calling and then even taking it down there ITS STILL NOT PAINTED! Would not recommend to anyone. Update: dropped my SUV off 1 yr to the day of purchase and picked it up this past Friday morning repainted. Just grateful it's done and it looks nice.
I bought a 2005 Lincoln Aviator last January, and was weary to buy from a lot again since I had a very bad experience with a car lot right before buying from Blackwell. They did everything they could to get me financed and took my trade in. I have a great warranty. I love my truck and will be buying from Kevin in the future.
If you are a women who don't know anything about cars don't go to blackwell motors in Bonne Terre MO. they will sell you a peace of junk for the price of a new car.
Blackwell motors is a great place to buy a truck or a car. Kevin and his crew I call them are all right there for u to answer all ur needs before and after ur purchase. This was my first time purchasing a car from Blackwell. The staff are all very kind, funny, and just good people. The car I bought had issues, but that can be expected of even a brand new vehicle. Kevin worked with me on getting all of the issues taken care of without any complaints. I know that there are bad reviews, and negative things that are said about Blackwell, but honestly I haven't had any complaints, and would recommend them. Bought a 98 cobra and 4 days after the 30 day engine warranty was up the engine went out. Called several times and they deliberately ignored my calls. Anything would have helped, instead they did nothing. Not only will I never return, but I've directed several others away from them and will continue to do so. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this stealership.
