One of the worst dealerships I've ever been to. Salesman did not know anything about models, trim packages, or incentives. In January of 2019, he tells us that there are no incentives on the 2018 Escapes. That was a lie. He also said that no one is leasing the 2018 Escapes, purchase only. That was also a lie. Salesman (Glen Sdao) did a great job facilitating my recent Ford purchase. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy.
I love Blackwell Ford. They gave me a good deal on my trade-in and helped me with setting up an ESP plan. The service department bends over backward to make sure I'm satisfied every time I come in. They called to ask if the repair was done to my satisfaction and remember my name when I return.
These guys are a scam. I brought in my car for repairs and some how its not fixed correctly. I need to take it somewhere else. Funny thing is i never got one of the cards in the mail asking how was the service, because they knew it was not done correctly, thats why. I would have told them i will never be back and that i will tell everyone i know for the rest of my life that i was scamed by Blackwell Ford and to never buy a car there or have any service done there, and i have been.
