Went on Fathers Day and sat at the bar. Started well, friendly bar tender got our drinks and I asked for menus. 15 minutes later no one had come back to take orders, flagged someone down and ordered. The whole restaurant was dead, more staff then guests. Food took at least 25 minutes, sat with empty beer and when the food came it was very generic. Just had the most amazing anniversary dinner! Huge shout out to Chef Pope, Rachael, and staff! Food and service were out of this world! Thank you!
Very disappointed. Went there for Mother's Day and my wife ordered her favorite salad. It came to the table incomplete. Asked the server to fix the salad and instead of bringing out a new salad, they brought ingredients to the table for us to make ourselves. The salad was still missing items, and the server just said that is how it comes. Knowing otherwise, we were very dissatisfied.
Lunch was great...especially the shrimp and grits....Ryan provided excellent customer service....

I visited on Jan 25th after the Blizzard, only the bar area was open with a Skeleton Staff, they were most accommodating and welcoming. I ended up leaving u wallet that I did not realize until the next day. I called and they said Yes its here waiting for you. I picked it up and everything was there even the cash I had. There is truly good out there. We will be back!!!!
My birthday brunch was amazing!!! The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. My daughter made reservations for 18 guess, the staff put 2 tables together, and we were all excited to be able to socialize as one big family. Thanks for making my birthday extra special Blakwall Hitch, and a special thank you to my daughter Kierrah Flipping for choosing this superb venue.
