Messed me around numerous times with appointments. I called this morning to check if i could get in a bit earlier, I couldn’t which was fine. I then was called for them to reschedule my appointment, mind you was just about to walk into the office. Visited this place today to attend their yoga class which is offered for the community. It was a nice calming class with a skilled instructor who was able to adjust the class according to the needs of the participants. The class was small (three participants) but depending on the time of the term the class ranges in size. It was a very intimate class and I plan to return. Absolutely useless especially family planning very slow and delayed and vague and careless in which resulted in something that was to late to help someone who needed it do not use them
